The Plan: Drink 64 oz of water and exercise 2-3 times a week. I didn't do the best I could! I did drink so much water that I found myself water logged. Exercise only happened once. {smh}
The Plan: Drink 64 oz of water every day and cut out all fried foods and sweets. Exercise 3-4 days per week. {May 20: Drinking 64oz has not went over real well, but I'm working on it. 24oz down today so far. Fried foods is going okay with a cheat once a week or so. Sweets, still having them just not as much} {June 3: I've been better at drinking water! Yay me! Even at a restaurant! I weighed on 5/31/13 and the scale read 317! That's 4 pounds lost! I was so close to my goal! Any loss is better than a gain! All fried foods and sweets were not cut out just limited. I've tried to stay active as much as possible but that would sometimes only be once or twice a week. It's a start!
June: Lose 7-10 lbs
The Plan: Raw Week- Yep. I'm gonna do it, but only for a week. Just to jump start things. We'll see how it goes. Exercise 3-4 days per week. Log everything into My Fitness Pal. {June 4: Raw week was a bust after day two. I had a god awful headache for the next two days straight! It's possible that it was the worst I've ever had! So that didn't last long! I will still incorporate more fruits and veggies into my lifestyle to help make better food choices. Water intake is getting better each day!}
July: Lose 10lbs- total weigh loss should be at least 20+lbs by July 22, 2013.
